Parking and Transportation
P站视频 has abundant parking for students, employees and guests. Additionally, P站视频 has partnered with South Florida Commuter Services, a program of the Florida Department of Transportation, to provide transportation options for students through the and free bus services.
Parking Decals
All vehicles must have an P站视频 parking decal to park on our campus. Parking decals, available at all campuses and in the Vice President of Student Affairs Office on Massey Campus in Fort Pierce, are required for student vehicles.
Student Parking
Student parking is available throughout the campus in the non-reserved areas. Students should pay particular attention to parking spaces marked 鈥淩eserved鈥; these spaces are not for student use. Students may park in a designated 鈥淩eserved鈥 parking space only after 5:00 p.m. or on a Saturday or Sunday.
Visitor Parking
Visitors should refer to individual campus maps for parking information.
Employee Parking
Reserved parking is for full-time faculty, staff and administration. Security officers will ticket illegally parked cars.
Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking in conveniently located throughout the campus, including all major lots.
No Parking Zones
Vehicles parked illegally will be ticketed and are subject to towing at the owner鈥檚 expense. Parking is prohibited in the following areas:
- Reserved lots/areas (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Sidewalks
- Grass
- Near a fire hydrant
- Facing the wrong direction (no backing into space)
- Handicap spaces without a handicap tag
- On yellow safety pavement markings
- Near restricted yellow curbs
- On white-striped safety pavement markings
- In more than one parking space
- Visitor parking spaces and areas (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Traveled portion of road or parking lot
- Near No Parking signs
- Loading zones
Overflow Parking
Sufficient overflow parking is located on the east, south and southeast side of the Massey Campus. Be aware that parking in certain prohibited areas is subject to city law enforcement violations and your vehicle may be ticketed or towed. P站视频 has no control over city enforcements.
Parking Fine Payments
Parking fines are $10.00 and payable at the P站视频 Cashier鈥檚 Office located in Crews Hall (W-Building). Fines must be paid, or your grades will be held and future registrations stopped. Violators may have vehicles towed by a private wrecker service.
Parking Citation Appeals
The Parking Citation Appeals Form is used to appeal a parking citation that you believe may have been issued in error or improperly. Lack of knowledge or unfamiliarity with these regulations is not considered a valid reason for parking in violation of the regulations. The appeals form must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office, KSU-112, within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the citation either electronically, by mail or by fax:

Late, undelivered (mail or faxed), vague or incomplete appeals will not be reviewed. All appeals must be typed or printed clearly. Limit your appeal response to the facts directly related to the issuance of the ticket. Campus Safety and Security will review the completed form within 30 days of receiving the form and will contact you (via email) with their decision. They will render a decision on the merits of the appeal based upon only the facts submitted. They cannot consider issues which may have significance but were omitted from the appeal.
All decisions by Campus Safety and Security are final and binding.
